 IS MY ORDER CONFIRMED?

You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. If you didn't receive this email, please contact us via  support@andiely.com

I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY ITEMS ORDERED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If your order is not shipped yet it is possible to change it. Just contact out support team. Once it is shipped we can not make any changes

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept many types of major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. This includes order verification, payment processing and verification, quality control and packaging. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of successful  payment.

Shipment will arrive in between 10-14 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. 

Please note that there may be unforeseen delays in shipments for reasons beyond our control and courier companies (weather conditions, the Covid-19 pandemic, customs detention [depending on the country of delivery] etc.). Уou will be notified of any such event. Thank you for your understanding

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Please check your address carefully when placing your order. Once shipped your order cannot be changed. If you would like to change your address, please contact us by email to inform you if a change is possible.
