Our Standard Shipping and Handling Rate is $3.95 for US and international orders. For all orders over $80.00 we at offer FREE shipping!

All orders are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. This includes order verification, payment processing and verification, quality control and packaging. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 2-5 days of successful  payment.

Please note that there may be unforeseen delays in shipments for reasons beyond our control and courier companies (weather conditions, the Covid-19 pandemic, customs detention [depending on the country of delivery] etc.). Уou will be notified of any such event. Thank you for your understanding


Your multiple-item order will generally be shipped separately, due to different warehouse locations for various items. This also ensures that you receive your items as quickly as possible. You may receive part of your order before the rest of it, and this is completely normal. It doesn't mean that we have forgotten about your other items. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30  days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please always check your order details carefully to make sure your delivery address is correct. If you need to change your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We are unable to change your delivery details or cancel your order once we have shipped your items. If your shipment is returned due to the wrong address, you will have to pay additional shipping fees. We cannot be held responsible for products sent to the wrong address if incorrect delivery details are provided.

Thefts of postal items are constantly increasing. We provide a tracking number for each item or through the courier company. If for any reason your delivery is stolen and we can verify with the tracking number that the shipment has been delivered, we do not take responsibility and do not send another order for free or do not refund the amount. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or unsolicited packages. Please contact your local post office to ask where your package may be - sometimes it is stored at the local branch of the main post office to pick it up.

We appreciate your patience if you have not received the items within 30 days. If you are concerned in any way, do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form, instead of leaving negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will make every effort to resolve any issues (send or restore any missing items).

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
